Shelia M Spratley , 59, passed on December 15, 2022. She was born to Luther spratley and Gracie elder on August 01, 1963.

Together they raised 1 child Alice spratley . She is also survived by 1 grandchildren.

Shelia graduated from Smithfield highschool.

Shelia worked at Newport News ship yard and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
