Shelia Ann Ruth, 65, peacefully passed on March 04, 2023. She was born to Kevin Salazar and Rose Salazar in Dallas, Texas on August 08, 1957.

She married Kevin Ruth and they lived together in Dallas, Texas. Together they raised 3 children Teresa Ruth, Rayshell Flowers (Darryle Flowers), Monica Ruth. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.

Shelia graduated from Wilmer-Hutchins High School in 1975.

Shelia worked as a Mail Room Clerk Administrator until she retired in 2020 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
