Shelby Elizabeth Folmar, 21, passed on November 23, 2021 at Emory University in Atlanta, GA after an extensive head injury. She was born to Scott Folmar and June Willis-Folmar in Montgomery, Louisiana on April 13, 2000. She is preceded in death by her son Jacob Alexander Herington, Mother June Willis-Folmar and Paternal Grandparents Willie Willis & June Mae Yarborough. 

Shelby was the owner of Ash & Stone, LLC of Panama City, Florida. She enjoyed camping, fishing, snowboarding and making tons of memories with her family.
