Sheila Ray Smith, 58, passed on October 31, 2022. She was born to Timothy L. Dean and Ruth A. Dean on June 15, 1964.

She left behind her husband, Chris R. Smith of Springfield IL. Her brothers Joe T. Dean of Quincy IL. And Tommy R. Dean of Chicago IL. Her sister Tammy A. Jones of Hannibal MO. 3 children Marlo D. Abbey of Quincy IL, Deshawn L. Abbey of Hannibal MO, and Cole R. Abbey of Quincy IL. She also has 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews

Sheila graduated from Southwest high school in 1981.

Sheila worked at Healthcare worker for 17 years and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people. Always helping anyone in need and spending a lot of her free time at church.
