Sheddrick Lamarr Lewis was born in Gadsden County, Florida on July 11, 1984, to Shelia Lewis and Michael L. Lewis.

Shreddrick was educated in the Gadsden County Schools and was a 2002 graduate of James A. Shanks High School. He was known for his larger than life smile and outrageous sense of humor. Sheddrick surrendered his life to the Lord in 2005. The evidence of his magnetic personality is shown through the magnitude of condolences left by his many friends on his Facebook page.

Sheddrick was a dedicated employee at Florida State Hospital in Chattahoochee. He worked as a Human Service Worker for over six years. While there, he touched the lives of many friends and colleagues.

God called Sheddrick to rest on April 12, 2015. He leaves to cherish his memory a daughter, Sha’Miyah LaFaye Lewis; his loving mother, Shelia Lewis; father, Michael Lewis; his loving sisters, Jerlin Landrum (Michael) and Walkiki Taylor; his dear grandmothers, Daisy Lee Anderson and Daisy Lewis; uncles, Michael Anderson (Linda), William Anderson, Isaiah McMillian and Johnnie Lewis, Jr; aunts, Sharon Roberts, Phyllis Anderson-Andrews, Bridgette Jefferson (Rico), Joyce Anderson, Stephanie Riley (Timothy) and Brenda Williams; devoted friends Jaketa Lee and Levi Ray; a host of nieces, a nephew, friends and other relatives.
