Shawn D. Davis left this earthly life at 40 years old. He was born July 8th, 1978, to the late Willie Lee Davis and Rosie Mae Davis in Paducah, Kentucky. He made his heavenly transition from the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center of Paducah on Friday, March 8th, 2019 at 5:22 pm.  There to meet him at Heaven's Gates were his maternal grandparents, Shuler Brown and Nell Brown along with his paternal grandfather, Dock Davis.

Shawn was a member of Ninth Street Church of Christ and was self employed, doing odd and end jobs for any and every one who was in need of having repairs done around the house.

Shawn loved music, especially Rhythm and Blues and Rap and would quite often enjoy the mind game of chess with his friend David Doyle. Shawn had a good heart and would help anyone he could and was good with children.  One of his favorite quotes was "TRUST NO ONE".  He was also good in sports, especially Basketball.
