It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Shawkia Ali, who peacefully left this world on December 8, 2025, in Kansas City, Missouri, United States. She was born on February 4, 1940, to Musa and Heyam Sabla.

Shawkia was a beloved wife to Marouf Ali, whom she married in the year 36. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Ayoub Ali and Dalal Sabla. Ayoub is survived by his spouse, Rania Abuomir, and Dalal is survived by her spouse, Omar Sabla.

Shawkia was a devoted mother and grandmother, always putting her family first. She was a kind and caring soul, who will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and love.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and strength that will be cherished by all who knew her. Shawkia's memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
