Sharon Mohrmann1951-2016Sharon Mohrmann, age 65 of Temple died Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at her residence. She was born on February 20, 1951 in San Antonio, TX to Samual and Juanita (Milton) Skiles.Sharon married Gerald Mohrmann on December 19, 1972 in San Antonio. She attended McCallum High School and in 1972 studied nursing at St. Phillip's College. She worked for Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, she worked for Dr. Denis Bergeron in Pasadena, TX and she worked for Scott & White Hospital's NICU in Temple for 22 years as well as William R. Courtney Veterans Home in Temple. Sharon has lived in Temple for 27 years and was a member of Ocker Brethren Church.She is preceded in death by her husband Gerald, her mother Juanita Ford and her father Samual Skiles.She will be greatly missed by her son James E. Mohrmann and wife Jennifer, her daughter Tammy VanWinkle and her 7 grandchildren Emily Mohrmann, Christina Mohrmann, James W. Mohrmann, Samantha Mohrmann, Kassie Benner, Jacob VanWinkle and Rebecca VanWinkle.Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Ocker Brethren Church with Chaplain Bruce Mercer officiating. Visitation will be held from 6-8:00PM on Friday, November 18, 2016 at Hewett-Arney Funeral Home in Temple. Burial will be at Ft. Sam Houston in San Antonio on Friday, November 25, 2016 at 10:30AM.
