Sharon Jones, 59, passed on April 07, 2022. She was born to William Richards and Dorothy Carol in Huntington, New York on July 12, 1962.

She married Robert Jones in 1982 and they lived together in New Bern, North Carolina. Together they raised 6 children Patricia Jones, Shante White (Frank White), Tamela Jordan (Keith Jordan), William Jones (Shanelle Jones), Trevor Jones (Stephanie Jones), Marcus Jones (Vera Smith). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.

Sharon graduated from Pamlico County High School in 1979 and received a degree from the Pamlico Community College.

Sharon worked at Craven County Health Department and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.

A private service will be held for Sharon.
