Sharon D Sheridan, 66, passed on March 19, 2023. She was born to the late Gerald and Joyce (Hawbaker) Irminger in Chicago, Illinois on January 23, 1957.

Sharon graduated from Gavit High School in 1975 and received a degree from the IUPUI in nursing in 1979. Her thirst for knowledge was not sated there and went on to receive a Master's degree in nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2015.

Sharon worked at Anthem at the time of her death but she worked at many hospitals and nursing homes throughout her life and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people. She helped many people come into their own as nurses while she worked at J. Everett Light. Whenever she came across a new person she never hesitated to stop and chat, bringing a smile to their face whenever she could. Her creativity was always active, especially in quilting and sewing. She was so much to so many people that putting exactly who she was in words is almost impossible.

She is survived by her children, Erin Stassin, and Cory Sheridan; her sister, Pamela (Patrick) Mitchell; her two grandchildren, Jadlyn Hines and Jaxin White; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial remembering her will be done at a future date. Contributions may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association or the Humane Society.
