Sarah Siemers, 40, of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, passed on September 11, 2020. Sarah was born on February 29, 1980 to David and Debbie James. Sister to Jenny James, Megan Blattner, and Micheal James. Loving mother to Abbi James. Funeral Services will be held privately and by invitation only in Rural Cape County.
