Sara was born on May 28, 1969 to Casimiro and Nora Marroquin in Tulare, Ca.She graduated from Foothill High School in 1987, married and spent the majority of her adult life in Sanger, CA; raising her beloved son Jacob "Itty Bitty" Jones, whom she adored. She loved spending time beading, making jewelry and playing with her Yorkie, Mia. She loved visiting family and friends; she especially loved traveling to Texas to witness her son Jacob marry his beautiful bride Felicia, who she considered a daughter. She had a nickname and a special place in her heart for all of her nieces and nephews; especially her grandson Eli Xavier "Itty Bittiest" Jones.She relocated back to her hometown of Bakersfield, Ca to be closer to her parents and sisters whom she loved dearly and considered best friends. She reconnected and married her childhood sweetheart Manuel.Sara is survived by her husband Manuel Reyna Alejandro and stepchildren, son Jacob Michael Jones, daughter-in-law Felicia, grandson Eli Xavier Jones of San Antonio, Texas; her parents Casimiro (Casey) and Nora Marroquin; her sisters Arlene Isom, (Jerrell), Paula Cadena (Jake) of Bakersfield, Ca; Maria Wood (Rick) of Shawnee, Ok; godson and nephew Kristopher "MonChiChi" Isom of Bakersfield, Ca; grandma Belsa Marroquin of Pixley, Ca; many aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous nieces and nephews.The rosary will be recited on Thursday, December 1, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bakersfield, Ca. A private blessing ceremony for her final resting place will be determined at a later date.
