On November 27, 2025, we said goodbye to a beloved member of the Houston City community. Sandra Martinez, born on February 12, 1950, brought joy and laughter to all who knew her.

Sandra was a devoted mother to her six children. She always put her family first and was known for her delicious home-cooked meals. Her passion for cooking was evident in every dish she prepared.

Despite facing many challenges in life, Sandra always remained optimistic and full of life. She had a contagious smile that could brighten even the darkest of days.

Unfortunately, Sandra's battle with cancer came to an end, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Though we mourn the loss of Sandra, let us remember her laughter, her love, and the warmth she brought into the world. Rest in peace, dear friend. You will be deeply missed.
