Sandra Jean Letbetter, 76, passed on September 28, 2016. She was born to James Walker and Ruby Walker in Pine Bluff, Arkansas on January 04, 1940.

She married Frank Letbetter in 1962 and they lived together in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Together they raised 3 children Christen Letbetter (Isaac Brown), Taylor Letbetter (Lonnie Kendricks), Khleo Letbetter. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

Sandra graduated from Pine Bluff High School and received a degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.

Sandra worked at Dollar way High school until he retired in 1998 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
