As a son, Samuel was an unrelenting source of support and love. He cherished his father and mother , Samuel Higgins Sr. and Patrice Higgins, his two sisters, Anita and Tamera, his two nephews, Jesse and Jeffery, and his four nieces, Angel, Kanecka, Ronaesha, and Jennifer,above all else. Samuel's family brought him immeasurable happiness, and he dedicated his life to ensuring their well-being and happiness. He was a devoted son and brother , always finding time to nurture their relationship and create unforgettable memories together.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Samuel was deeply connected to his community. He possessed an unwavering loyalty to his city and tirelessly worked to make it a better place. Samuel was actively involved in several charitable organizations, dedicating countless hours to improving the lives of those less fortunate.
