Death of Sammy is stressful and an emotional time.  Sammy served in the US Army in two wars including operation desert storm and operation iraqi Freedom. Sammy leaves behind daughter Keiana, son Peter and wife Latisha Johnson.  We ask for your presents and blessing as we move forward with life without Sam.
