Sam James of Moore Haven, Florida, passed away on October 15, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on July 2, 1970, to Sam James and Joyce Patterson.

Sam is survived by his three children, Meagan, William, and Tristan James. He was a dedicated father who always put his family first.

In his free time, Sam enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors. He had a passion for the water and loved teaching his children how to fish.

Sam will be remembered for his sense of humor, his kindness, and his love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the local fishing charity in Sam's honor.
