Sally Phillips, 67, of Waxahachie, Texas, passed Wednesday, November 29, 2017. She was born to Borris Phillips, and Carly Phillips, August 17, 1950, in Berkeley, California. Sally graduated from Maybeck High School in 1968 and received a degree from Pepperdine University in 1976. She married Jacob Phillips June 3rd, 1971, and they lived together in Waxahachie.

Sally is survived by 3 children: Carly Sprite (Matthew Sprite), Sarah Withers (Victor Withers), and Jared Phillips. She also is survived by 5 grandchildren.
