Sally Smith, born on December 22, 1934, in Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on June 21, 2023. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who left a lasting impact on her community.
Sally was married to Paul Smith in 1954, and together they raised four children. Their firstborn, John Smith, is married to Michelle. David Smith, Carlyn Grace, who is married to Joe, and Angie completed their loving family. Sally cherished her role as a mother and took great pride in providing a nurturing and loving environment for her children.
In addition to her dedication to her family, Sally was deeply involved in various community activities. As a stay-at-home mother, Sally not only cared for her children but also opened her heart and home to numerous individuals in need of assistance. She generously volunteered at the Food Pantry, dedicating her time to ensuring that families in the community had access to basic necessities.
Sally's commitment to her faith was unwavering, and she actively contributed to her church organization. She enthusiastically participated in various activities and events, embodying the values of kindness, compassion, and love taught by her faith.
Sally Smith's departure leaves a void in the lives of all who knew her. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine desire to help others will be dearly missed. Sally is preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul and her mother Esther. She is survived by her children John, David, Carlyn Grace, and Angie, and her nine cherished grandchildren. While their hearts overflow with grief, they also find comfort in the countless memories shared with Sally throughout her remarkable life.
Her service will be held at the Little Rock Community Center on June 28th at 2pm. All family and friends are Welcome. Honorary Pallbearers will be David, John, and Joe. Pallbearers will be Alex, Charles, Scott, and Brian.
