It is with great sadness that the family of Sabrina L. Biddix of Richmond, Virginia announces her passing after a long illness. She passed away on Saturday, February 8th 2020, at the young age of 62 years. Sabrina was preceded in death by her father Lt. Colonel Harold Arley Biddix. She will be greatly missed by her mother Mary Louise Brown Biddix, sisters Tammy Biddix and Michelle Simmons; her beautiful daughters, Jocelyn M. Stump, son-in-law Richard W. Stump II, Brigette R. Edmonds, son-in-law Robert Drew Edmonds; grandchildren, Robert Owen Edmonds, and Arley Payton Edmonds. Michael J. Riebe, the father of Jocelyn and Brigette, was engaged to Sabrina to re-marry on their original wedding date. Michael was by Sabrina’s side everyday until she took her last breath. 

Sabrina was born in Sprue Pine, NC and traveled the world as an Army brat. Her favorite place she lived was Asmara, Ethiopia. She made many lifelong friends that she was in contact with until the end. She enjoyed gardening, restaurants with ambiance, shopping, and loving on her two labs Carter and Tallulah. When Sabrina would spend time with her Grandbabies her face would light up. They were her whole world. She was Jocelyn and Brigette’s number one fan and supporter. 

A celebration of Life will be held for Sabrina in the Spring. In lieu of flowers please donate to the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans at NCHV.org.
