Beloved wife of William Elpers for 60 years; loving mother of Joanie Elpers Thompkins, Annie Elpers McNeele, and William Elpers Jr; Cherished grandmother of Tera Gentry, Tasha Thompkins, Miranda Thompkins and Kayla Thompkins; Dear sister of Jessie Adams and the late John Montague; Our dear aunt, cousin and friend and great grandmother of 12.
