It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ruth Kelley, born on October 24, 1947, in Covington, Tennessee, United States. She was the beloved daughter of James and Agnes Robinson.

Ruth was married to her loving spouse Olen Kelley for 61 years and together they had a son, Earl Scott Kelley. She enjoyed spending time with her family and took great pleasure in cooking for them.

Ruth passed away on March 3, 2026, after a long battle with heart disease. She leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will be remembered by all who knew her.
