RETZLOFFRussell C.Russell C. Retzloff, age 89, of Maumee, passed away on November 5, 2016. He was born on July 31, 1927, in Toledo, Ohio.Russ was a proud veteran of the US Army. He served in Korea. Russ retired from LOF as a Technical Engineer. During retirement he enjoyed working in his workshop on various projects with his grandkids. Russ and Letha enjoyed going on day-trips to Port Clinton.Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 67 years, Letha; daughters, Deborah Lipps and Karen (Tommy) McDonough; grandchildren, Chris (Kelli) Ash, Stacy Ash, Andrea (Justin) Hoff and Aaron Lipps; great-grandchildren, Miranda, Devon, Savanna, Darian, Kyle and Connor. Russ was preceded in death by his parents and 6 siblings.The family will receive guests on Thursday, November 10, 2016, from 10-11:00 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900).
