Rudolph S. Ramirez, 68, a longtime resident of Las Vegas passed away on Sunday, Aug. 14, 2016 in Las Vegas.He was born on Dec. 25, 1947 in Rouse, Colo., to Rudolph A. Ramirez and Della Martinez Ramirez.He was known as "Stan the Man," was a career auto parts salesperson and loved to work on old cars. He was also known to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.He was preceded in death by his father, Rudolph A. Ramirez; and brother, Garfield Victor Ramirez.He is survived by his wife, Cathy Ramirez of the family home; daughters and son, Glenda Gonzales (Victor) of Las Vegas, Rudy Ramirez (Julie); Darla Ramirez (Joel) and Tara Ramirez, all of Colorado; mother, Della Ramirez of Las Vegas; 17 grandchildren; sisters, Gloria Espinoza (Dave) of Las Vegas, Florine Winters of Colorado; mother-in-law Mary Flores of Las Vegas; brothers-in-law, Steve Flores (Patricia), Greg Flores (Shelley), all of Santa Fe, Kenny Flores (Jodi) of Los Lunas; sister-in-law, Frances Flores of Las Vegas; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.Funeral service will take place at 9 a.m. on Friday at Our Lady of Sorrows Church with Father Douglas Mitchell as celebrant.
