On June 10, 2024, Ruby Ivy of Chicago, Illinois passed away at the age of 74.

She was born on January 15, 1950, she will be missed by her loving parents Hattie and Lavell Ivy.her two children, Marcella Ivy and Christopher Washington , who brought her immense joy throughout her life.She also leaves behind six adored grandchildren, Christine Ivy, Jarel Ivy, Dovontaie ivy,Virginia Washington, Angela Washington, Johnnae Washington who will forever cherish the memories they shared with their beloved grandmother.

Ruby will be remembered for her contagious laughter, warm heart, and unwavering love for her family and friends.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
