Roy Thompson Sr, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on January 14, 2025, at the age of 81.
He was born on May 11, 1943, to Rover and Sadie Thompson. In 2006, he married Karen Thompson, and together they had 7 children: Leroy (Michelle), Shoanna, Roy Jr (Crystal), Donna (Sammie), Frances, Joni (Ardis), and Jason (Joy).
Roy's life was filled with love and laughter, and he leaves behind a legacy of a strong and loving family. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather to 10 grandchildren.
He will be remembered for his kindness, sense of humor, and unwavering love for his family.
Roy Thompson Sr will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
