Roxanne Thomas, born on January 13, 1958, in Baltimore City, Maryland, passed away on April 12, 2024. She was the beloved daughter of Albert and Mabel Thomas.

Roxanne was a loving mother to her daughter, Jeanette Richard’s, and adored grandmother to her grandchildren.

She attended Baltimore City Public School System for high school, where she excelled academically and developed lifelong friendships. Roxanne had a passion for learning and always sought to expand her knowledge.

Outside of her education, Roxanne had a deep love for spending time with her family. She found joy in creating lasting memories with her loved ones and cherished every moment spent together.

Roxanne’s life touched the hearts of all who knew her, and her presence will be deeply missed by her family and friends. May she rest in peace.
