Roxanna Otis, 65, of Salisbury, North Carolina, passed on January 12, 2021. Roxanna was born on October 03, 1955. A beloved Mother and Grandmother. She is survived by her Daughter: Toni Julian and her Daughters, Amber, Victoria and Candace. Great grandchildren: Aurora, Nevaeh. May God rest her beautiful soul.
