Rosie is survived by her two loving children, Tammy Mathis Lloyd (spouse Anthony Lloyd) and Tina Mathis, as well as four cherished grandchildren.
Rosie had a passion for cooking and enjoyed spending time in the kitchen creating delicious meals for her family and friends.
On January 31, 2025, Rosie Mathis lost her battle with lung cancer. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
