Rose Marie Scott Whittaker (71), died in Albany Medical Center ICU, after a long battle of cancer. She was a former employee of the Ulster County for over 30 years at microfish.

Rose had 8 children, Sue (James) Rabe, Joan Whittaker, Barbara Whittaker, Ralph Whittaker Jr, Nick (Michelle) Whittaker (predeceased), Victoria (Paul) Whittaker, Rose Marie (Mike) Terpening, John (Kelly) Whittaker, 15 grandchildren, Micheal and Joseph Terpening, Rose (Tom) Terpening, Steven (Christina) Terpening, John Lowe Jr, Rebecca, Nick Whittaker, Paul, Frank and Kayla Grommel, John (Yomarys) Whittaker Jr, Caitlin Whittaker. And 5 great-grandchildren 

Rose loved the beach, and outdoors. She loved to cook and be surrounded by family. 

The services will be at Keyser funeral home Monday, August 12, 2019, 12-2 and 3-7. 

Tuesday going home ceremony will be at St Mary’s church at 11 am followed by the burial at Saint Remy Cemetary.
