Rose Billingsley, born on May 1, 1954, in Saint Louis City, Missouri, United States, peacefully passed away on April 30, 2025. She was the daughter of Robert Morgan and Gail Billingsley. Rose was married to Alfredie Randell in 1991 and they were blessed with four children: Rochelle Billingsley, Angela Randell-Combs (spouse Jocquell Combs), Falesia Billingsley, and Alfredie Randall Jr. She also leaves behind four cherished grandchildren.

Rose attended Greenwood High School and graduated in 1972. She dedicated many years of her life working at the Veteran's Hospital, ultimately retiring in 1995.

Outside of her professional life, Rose had many hobbies that brought her joy. She loved spending time in her garden, creating delicious meals for her loved ones, and most of all, cherished moments spent with her family.

Rose will be remembered for her kind heart, warm smile, and unwavering love for those around her. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
