Roscoe Fowler LUBBOCK-Roscoe Fowler passed away Saturday, July 29, 2017. We will gather for fellowship and remembrance from 6 to 8 p.m. today, August 1, 2017, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life of 83 years on Wednesday, August 2, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Lake Ridge Chapel followed by a graveside service at Southland Cemetery in Southland. James Roscoe Fowler was born on July 17, 1934, to JB and Lorene Fowler in Lubbock. On March 21, 1953, Roscoe married the love of his life, Patsy Leake at Southside Baptist Church in Lubbock. Survivors include his wife, Patsy Fowler; daughter, Scorpie White and husband, Doug of Wolfforth, Texas; grandson, Wako Ky Frazier and wife, Kasey; great- granddaughter, KyLeah Cheyene Frazier; and 4 grand-dogs.
