The late Roosevelt McNeil was born on May 6,1952 in Laurinburg, North Carolina to the late Ervin and Virginia McNeil. He departed his life following a lengthy illness on May 25,2020 at Fayette Rehabilition Center. Uncle Skeet{he was best known by}receive his education in Baltimore ,Md. Roosevelt was indeed a hardworker,he worked for many years at Wagner Bro. Box Company. Roosevelt will be laid to rest at Howell Furneral home in Baltimore,Md. His Mother{Virginia},his sister{Earlmae Green} his brother{Alexander McKoy}proceeded Roosevelt McNeil in death, survived by one sister Jane Mckoy. He leaves to cherish his memories : Sc' Karla McNeil and April Hurly his daughters, four neices: Neicy Lawson, Monyette Peterson, Maisha Hines and Wanda Berry, two nephews: Maurice McKoy and Tate Owens, Five aunts Pearl Springfield, Mattie McEachin and Ola Hopson, Luvenia McNeil,Vince McNeil and a host of other relatives and friends.

Tomorrow will start without you . But we are not far apart.

For everytime I think of you, You're in my heart.

You were gone before I knew it and only God knows why.

The Lord has taken you home as his own.

I will always miss and love you Uncle Skeet.

I Cried with pride that He was going to better place .All the memories we shared i will always cherish them so dearly. The day of your homecoming grew a cloud of Heartbreak Over us all                            He knows he left behind all of those who dear loved him.                    

 He will always be in our hearts <3 Even with Him far away.
