Roosevelt Smith, beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away on September 6, 2025, in Clinton, Mississippi. He was born on March 25, 1969, to David and Ann Stewart.

Roosevelt lived life to the fullest, always with a smile on his face and a joke ready to be shared. He brought laughter and joy to all who knew him.

He is survived by his partner, Shashawdra McDonald, and their son, Laderian Stewart, and daughter-in-law Keisha Smith. Roosevelt was a devoted father and husband, always putting his family first.

Roosevelt attended Clinton High School, where he graduated in 1980. He had a passion for learning and was always eager to try new things.

Roosevelt will be dearly missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace, always remembered for his infectious laughter and kind heart.
