Ronald L. LetoCherokeeRonnie Leto, 64, passed away on July 11, 2017. He was born on March 30, 1953 in Des Moines, Iowa to Joseph and Betty (Cebuhar) Leto. He graduated from St. Anthony grade school and Lincoln High School.Ronnie was a kind and gentle person who enjoyed traveling, listening to music, and visiting with family and friends. He was an accomplished accordionist as evidenced by his many awards he earned. He would frequently serenade his fellow residents and staff at the Villa Specialty Care Center in Cherokee, Iowa, his home for the past several years.He is survived by his brothers Raymond (Greenfield, Iowa) and Robert (Tucson, Arizona), and many extended relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, and sister Phyllis.Visitation will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, July 17, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Mass with Christian Burial will immediately follow at 11 a.m.. Interment will be at Glendale Cemetery following mass. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Catholic Charities Outreach Center or St. Anthony's Catholic Church in memory of Ronnie. Online condolences can be left at www.iowafuneralplanning.com
