Zardus, Ronald Keith Ronald Keith Zardus 88, passed away on May 20, 2017. Ron was born on March 27, 1929 in Phoenix, Arizona. He lived in Phoenix his entire life. He graduated North High School and attended Phoenix college and ASU. He married the love of his life, Connie Doll on October 26, 1950. He served his country in the Korean war. After his deployment ended he started working for Motorola. He quickly moved up the ranks and became the manager of facilities at 28. He was the Manager of three different facility plants for Motorola. He was a devout Catholic. He was president of the PTA for St. Agnes and also a Boy Scout leader for St. Agnes. He was the president of IFMA for the Scottsdale location. He volunteered at St. Agnes and gave back to the community by helping many charities. He built the home that he shared with his wife and raised his children in. He built his cabin/home in the Oak Creek Canyon. He is preceded in death by his daughter Karen Williams and his wife Connie Zardus. He leaves behind his children Ronnette Zardus Taylor, Christopher Zardus, Lee Ann Zardus and Jennifer Hood, 14 grandchildren and 6 great- grandchildren. We will miss his great sense of humor. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:00am with a Rosary at 10:00am followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30am, Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1954 N. 24th Street, Phoenix. Interment with Honors will follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery. All are invited to a reception in the Parish Hall after the burial. Arrangements entrusted to Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home.
