Ronald D. Foster, affectionately known to some as \"Sonny\" and to others as \"Foster\", departed this life\'s journey Thursday , November 7, 2021.Born July 26, 1949 to the late Annie Lee Johnson and Robert Foster in Meridian, MS, Ronald came to live in Gary at an early age.He leaves to cherish his love and memories, his beloved wife, Wanda Foster; brother, Edward (Ethel) of Michigan; loving children, Stacey (Donald) Caudle of North Carolina; Rhonda (Otis) Holt and Kim (Rick) Rivers of Ohio; Jalen Foster of Ft. Wayne, and adopted son, DeShawn; 11 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; special sister, Patricia (Leonard) Cook of Gary; and a host of special nieces, nephews and friends.All services at Smith, Bizzell and Warner Funeral Home, 4209 Grant Street, Gary, Indiana.Visitation: Monday November 11, 2021 from 12-8 p.m. (family hour 6-8 p.m.) Funeral: Tuesday, November 12, 2021, 2 p.m. - Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park.
