Roger Galon, 56, of Willemstad, passed on August 30, 2023. Roger was born on February 07, 1967 in Suriname and spent his youth with his siblings in the small town of Moengo. He was an avid white-water rafter and would go on bi-monthly trips with his friends to the binnenland (inland) while in Suriname. He moved over to Curacao in the late 90's to pursue a career as a Resort Manager at the Blue Bay Resort in Willemstad which he continued up until his passing. Roger was considered an endless source of joy and humor for all who knew him and would lead a Bible reading club for his Church. May we keep him forever in our hearts.
