Rodney L. Baxter, Sr., 68, of Yuma, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2009. He was born on October 12th, 1940 in Arvin, CA to William (Bill) and Barbera Baxter. Rodney loved the outdoors and mostly riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Which he rode to Sturgis, SD this last summer. Rodney will be missed by his family and his many friends. He is survived by his Father; William (Bill) Baxter of Madera, CA, brother; Les (Lestle) Baxter of Billings, MT; brother Bob (JoAnn) of Kingsburg, CA, daughter; Candice Boragno of Idaho Falls, ID and three granddaughters; Nicole Boragno of Idaho Falls, ID, Jennifer (Joe) Roker and great granddaughter Kiersten of Ucon, Idaho, granddaughter; Breanna Boragno of Idaho Falls, ID, son; Rodney Baxter, Jr. and Rachel Fenton of Boise, ID, grandson; Nicholas Baxter of Tempe, AZ, grandson; Kevin Baxter of Bellingham, WA, and grandson; Timothy Baxter of Boise, ID, and several Aunts, Uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his Mother; Barbera Jean Baxter. Memorial service will be held at Foothills Church of Christ located at: 12654 E. North Frontage Road, Yuma, AZ, 85367, on Monday, October 5th, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. Robert (Bob) Smith will officiate.
