Rodney F. Mitchner was born to the late Henry L. Mitchner and the late Willie B. Barbary. He is a 1993 Graduate of Randolph-Clay High School in Cuthbert, Ga. Rodney was a firm believer in Jesus Christ, at an early age, he dedicated his life to Christ. After a long, tiring battle Rodney gave up his cross to get his wings.  Rodney was a long devotes employee at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Intenational Airport in Atlanta, Ga. He departed this life at Serenity Hospice Care in Savannah, Ga. He leaves to cherish his memories his  longtime girlfriend Jernisia Curtis, his four children Amia Ware (Eufaula,Ala) Cameron Mitchner (Atlanta,Ga), Jamaya Mitchner (Atlanta, GA) and Jernasia Mitchner, two grandchildren MCkinley Thomas, and Madilynn Thomas, three sisters Kimberly Anthony (Brandon) Brittney Mitchner, and Damita Thomas, and one brother J.B. Barbary(Kimberly), a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
