Roderick Eugene Ross, 73, of Atlanta, Georgia, passed on May 08, 2023. Roderick aka 6'4 was born on January 01, 1950 to Linda Ross and the late Vurtis Ross Sr. in Scottsdale Ga. In his youth, he attended Shamrock High school where he developed a love for basketball. Additionally, his love for music turned into a passion for rapping and performing. Roderick is survived by, his loving mother Linda Ross; one daughter Ariel ; three sons David, Roderick Jr. aka lil Rod & Koby Ross ; six grandchildren Xavier Jr, Zachary, Toreial, Klover ,Levi & Ezra; Six brothers Clifford, Donny (Nikkia) Elbert (Mary) , Vurtis Jr, Marcus,George (Princess); devoted sister Yolanda Ross many Aunts,Uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews & friends. He is preceded in death by two sisters: Mable and Latoya. Roderick’s big personality, unique sense of style and the delivery of his many contagious catch phrases not only separated him from the pack but left his mark with everyone that he came in contact with.
