Memphis, Tennessee - Roderick "Rod" Green Jr. passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 26. Born on August 7, 1996, to parents Roderick Green and Christiana Green, Rod was known for his infectious smile and easy-going nature.

Although he had no children of his own, Rod was a beloved uncle to his many nieces and nephews. He loved spending time with his family and friends, often playing board games or watching sports with them. He was a loyal fan of the Memphis Grizzlies and never missed a game.

Rod attended Booker T. Washington High School, where he was known for his witty remarks and charm. His classmates remember him as a kind-hearted jokester who always knew how to make them laugh.

In his free time, Rod enjoyed playing video games and listening to music. He had an eclectic taste in music, ranging from old school hip-hop to classic rock.

Although we are all saddened by Rod's passing, we take solace in the fact that he lived a full and happy life. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
