Rocky Bell, 32, of Austin, Texas, passed Saturday, April 11, 2020. Rocky was born to Jerry Bell and Lois Thompson  May 14, 1987 in Houston, Texas. His sister is Reanell Bell, and brother Cody Culhan. Rocky had a heart of gold with a sense of humor to match. He was a light hearted compassionate soul with a playful spirit. He always cared for others and kept everyone in the room laughing. His eyes seemed to  smile when he laughed and he shined a light on each and everyone of us that will never be forgotten. He loved his family and friends so deeply and will forever be etched in our hearts and minds.Until we are all together again.
