Rochelle Tolbert Maddox, a beloved mother , and friend passed away on December 10, 2024, at the age of 55. Born on February 21, 1969, to Marjorie Bowden (Tolbert) and Richard Eugene Tolbert . Rochelle attended Cedar Grove High School and Graduated top of class of ‘88, In 1986 she married Sergant Raymond Cost sr and had two beautiful kids a set of fraternal twins, she later divorced and remarried Jerome Maddox having brought forth two more beautiful children. Rochelle was known for her kind heart, infectious smile, and unwavering positivity. She was a dedicated Mother, friend and neighbor, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Rochelle had a passion for cooking and caring for family and spent countless hours volunteering at local organizations. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Rochelle's legacy of kindness and compassion will live on in the hearts of those she touched. Rochelle leaves behind her 4 children and 15 grandchildren. Angelica (Ezekiel) Tolbert, Michael Tolbert, Davanta (Brittany) Maddox, and Monique Maddox. Her grandchildren Aja’Nirre Tolbert, Aloreon Tolbert, Jermaine Stanley jr., Tristen Stanley, Ezekiel Brown jr , Michael Tolbert jr, Evangeline , Brandon, Logan, Khalil, and Emerald Tolbert , Nina Maddox, Davanta Maddox jr, and Candence Maddox. Rochelle will be truly missed and forever loved.
