Robert Justus, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on June 21, 2023, at the age of 77. He was born on September 22, 1945, in Saint Joseph, Missouri, to Charles and Anita (Olebeare) Justus. Robert spent his entire life in Saint Joseph and was a well-known member of his community.

Robert was married to the love of his life, Anita (Wilmes) Justus, in 1965. They shared 55 wonderful years together and raised two sons, David Justus (spouse Amy Payne) and Robert Justus II. They were also blessed with three grandchildren, who brought great joy to their lives.

Robert graduated from Benton High School in 1963 and went on to work at a local factory in Saint Joseph. He was a hardworking and dedicated employee, often working long hours to provide for his family. Robert was known for his friendly nature and his willingness to help others. He was always there when someone needed him, whether it was to lend a listening ear or offer a helping hand.

Robert was deeply loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed. His kindness, generosity, and positive outlook on life touched the lives of many. He leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire those who knew him.

Robert is survived by his wife, Anita; his two sons, David and Robert II; his three grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
