Lockman, Robert (Bob) Walter passed away peacefully on January 28, 2017 after a long struggle with diabetes. He was born on March 1, 1958 to Carroll W. Lockman and Shirley E. Conner in Charlotte, North Carolina and moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1970 where he attended Chaparral High School. Bob was a gregarious and quick witted individual who could always make you laugh. He loved all things sports, especially baseball and enjoyed playing in softball leagues. Bob was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by his friends and family. Bob was preceded in death by his father Carroll Lockman, mother Shirley Lockman, brother David Lockman, uncle Edward Conner and survived by sisters Linda McCorkle (Chuck), Cheryl Lockman, Kay Neal (Mike), Nancy Lockman and niece Joan Swearingen. Messinger Mortuary handled funeral arrangements. A private service was held.
