Robert R. Pratt Robert R. Pratt, 86, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2016, and had been living at Legends at Capital Ridge for the past few years. Bob was born on July 5, 1930, in Topeka, KS, to the late Marjorie and Abram Pratt. He attended Topeka Schools throughout his life and was a proud alumnus of Topeka High School graduating in 1948. He retired from the U.S. Air Force with the rank of Major and lived for 35 years in Panama, traveling to Topeka and the good ole USA every year to spend time with friends and family. A graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 27 at Penwell Gabel Cemetery, 3616 SW 6th Ave, Topeka, KS 66606.
