RACINE - Robert Paul Roscizewski, 84, passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare - All Saints. He was a lifelong resident of Racine, born on June 30, 1927, the son of the late Hubert and Faustina (nee: Piskula) Roscizewski. On December 17, 1982, Robert was united in marriage to Doris Halbur. He was a former member of St. Sebastian's Congregation. Robert was also a member of the J.I. Case Union, where he had been employed for more than 30 years. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing with his sons. Surviving is his wife, Doris; children, Rodney (Nancy) Roscizewski of Racine, Deborah (Steve) Webb of Byron, MN and Rickey (Jeannie) Roscizewski of Salem; step children, Alex (Mia) Halbur of Los Angeles, CA, Connie Muir and Brian (Lynn) Halbur all of Racine; six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; three brothers, Hubert (Gloria) Ross of River Falls, Peter (Barbara) Ross, Paul (Donna) Roscizewski; sisters, Virginia Michels and Caroline Michels all of Racine. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Robert was preceded in death by his first wife, Jane in 1981; brothers, Ervin, Jerome and Alex. Funeral services will be held at Sturino Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. There will be a visitation at the funeral home on Monday evening from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. and on Tuesday before services, from 10 a.m. until time of service.
