On April 12, 2024, the world lost a beloved cousin, father, and friend. Robert Haygood, born on September 7, 1977, in Durham, North Carolina, leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and creativity.Robert was the son of Robert and Theresa Hopkins. He is survived by his ex-wife, Tanya Thomas, and their two children, Sharmar and Si. Thomas. Robert was a devoted father who took great pride in his children's accomplishments. Robert graduated from Richmond County School District in 1995 and continued his studies in Drafting 2024, following in his mother's footsteps.In addition to his family, Robert had a passion for creating beautiful designs on cups, mugs, and water bottles. His artistic talent and attention to detail made his creations truly one-of-a-kind. Robert's work brought joy and inspiration to those around him just like his mother. Robert will be remembered for his kind heart, infectious smile, and unwavering dedication to his loved ones. He touched the lives of all who knew him and will be deeply missed.May he rest in peace.
