HEILMAN, Robert "Bob" James 59, of Troy, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2016. He was born on August 6, 1957 in New Carlisle, the son of the late William Howard and Dorothy Marie (Frazie) Heilman. Bob was a graduate of Bethel High School and Capital University. He served as President and CEO of O'Neil & Associates Inc. in Miamisburg. Bob was a devoted family man who loved farming and the outdoors. He is survived by his wife of 11 years Heather Cobb; son William (Christina) Heilman; daughters Amber Saltis and Bethany Powell-Heilman; sister Rebecca (Al) Krebs; grandchildren Savannah Saltis and Kixx Williamranger Powell. Visitation will be Friday from 5-8 PM in the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle. A funeral service to honor Bob will be Saturday at 10:00 AM in the funeral home with Randy Warner officiating. Burial will be in New Carlisle Cemetery.
